The Service specializes in the care of patients with acute or chronic pain pathologies of any origin and of patients suffering from advanced chronic diseases (terminal disease). Its multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals offers them a fully-integrated care service.
The areas include ambulatory care at the Outpatient Offices, hospitalization and home visits within Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires as well as a 24-hour on call emergency service.
Palliative care includes whole active support to patients – and their relatives – when there is no possibility of recovery and the essential aim of treatment is no longer that of prolonging life
