Description
Consultation and preconception counseling, high and low risk pregnancies, prenatal counseling and diagnosis, and control of pregnancies complicated due to high blood pressure and gestational diabetes are part of the services offered by Obstetrics.
The Service also performs image diagnosis, fetal therapy, childbirth preparation course, surgery to solve uterine complications during the gestation period. Diagnosis and follow-up are in compliance with international standards adapted to the local scenario.
Obstetrics has defined sectors to cover hospitalization: Day Hospital, Offices for Ambulatory Patients, Fetal Health, Ecography and Doppler, Surgical Ultrasound, Operating Room, Neonatal Reception Area and on-duty staff.
